Thank you again for your recent suggestion about reorganizing the work flow in the word-processing department. We had a meeting with the people concerned last week, and they enthusiastically accepted your idea for assigning individual word processing operators to specific departments so that the operators can become familiar with the dictating styles of the individual managers and the technical subject matter. Naturally, we'll reassess the new system after a month or so to see how it's working, but we expect that it will be a great improvement over our current system, which has been the source of endless complaints.
John Harvey and I discussed this improvement in a recent meeting, and he wanted to make sure I thanked you for him as well.
